Payments on Astro Hindi are collected for premium reports, dakshina offerings, and selected value-added spiritual services through configured payment gateways.
Premium checkout creates an order for the logged-in account. Cashfree or Razorpay marks it paid only when the gateway status is paid. The report download stays closed until that confirmation.
If you type a UPI or bank reference, the order becomes “payment submitted.” That is a review note. It does not set the paid time and it does not generate the report.
A dakshina is a separate Cashfree order. It is completed only when Cashfree returns paid for that order id. A missing or unknown order is not recorded as a gift.
Gud Vigyaan premium is activated after its own paid callback. Refreshing the return link after success should not be treated as a new charge.
When Cashfree or Razorpay confirms the order is paid. A repeated success notice does not pay the order a second time.
